Spring Hydrant Flushing

Spring Hydrant Flushing

The City of Marshall Water Department will be conducting its annual Spring hydrant flush starting April 18, 2022. This process could take up to four (4) weeks to complete. Flushing will begin at 8:00 am and end at 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. Flushing will begin at the Water Plant on E. Green St. Customers should be aware of change in water pressure and color of their water as these are common characteristics of hydrant flushing. Motorists are encouraged to slow down and use caution when approaching crews flushing hydrants. We will update the City of Marshall Facebook page daily with our progress.
